Our Growth Strategy Workshop Process consists of a three step process.

1. Teamwork Assessment - How well is my team working today and what are the opportunities for improvement? We use a proprietary methodology to interview and survey your organization. The outcome of this assessment gives us a baseline of the team's current dynamics. The assessment also allows us to identify some of the key changes and teamwork issues that will need to be addressed in the workshop.

2. Key Issue Audit - How do I know what to focus on first? This consists of a series of interviews with key executives to identify their beliefs about the key issues and a quick analysis to help prioritize the issues. This is generally completed over a two-week time frame. It usually requires six to eight hours of interviews and follow-up discussions with four to six people. We will also provide you with a data request to support our initial analysis to prioritize the issues. The output from this process provides you with a prioritization of the key issues and a road map for achieving the results you seek.

3. Growth Strategy Workshop - How can I get everyone to agree on a growth strategy? A Growth Strategy Workshop is used to rapidly bring a management team to an agreed business strategy. It usually consists of a day and half long session involving 6 to 10 decision making executives. Preparation usually requires interviewing each of the key participants and some more extensive analysis to capture the relevant issues. The session aims to produce alignment on strategy and a plan to put the strategy into action.
