Frequently Asked Questions
How do we start?
Our typical process
starts with al phone call, followed up by an
initial meeting if appropriate. If we both agree
that it makes sense for us to develop a draft
proposal we complete a Key Issue Audit. This
consists of a series of interviews with key
executives to identify their beliefs about the
key issues and a quick analysis to help prioritize
the issues. This is generally completed over
a two-week time frame. It usually requires six
to eight hours of interviews and follow-up discussions
with four to six people. We will also provide
you with a data request to support our initial
analysis to prioritize the issues.
How much does
the Key Issue Audit cost? We
provide an initial Key Issue Audit and proposal
free and without any obligation. This is a $10,000
to $15,000 value that delivers you a prioritization
of the issues and a road map for achieving the
results you seek.
How much do workshops
cost? The costs
depend on the scope and duration of the work.
Our professional fees range from $2,500 to $5,000
per day depending on the resource and nature
of the work. We charge for out of pocket expenses
at our cost and without any markups. We provide
strategy workshops with senior executives that
range from $3,000 to $20,000 depending upon
the situation.
How do I contact
Coplenish? The
best way to reach us is via phone. We are based
in the Los Angeles area and west coast business
hours the best time to reach us. Please contact
Alex Nesbitt at 562-824-5193 if you would like
to discuss your issues and how we may be able
to help.
What is the origin
of the Coplenish name? Our
name "Coplenish" is not a real word. It is,
however, an important way of doing business.
"Coplenish" comes from Latin roots: "co-", or
together; and "plenish", or to fill. We like
to think of it as shorthand for working together
to fulfill your goals.
